Leo Umana (Executive Director Enforcement & Recovery

Mr. Leo Umana was born on the 1st of October, 1973. He hails from the anicent city of Ikot Epkene LGA of the State. He holds a Bsc(Hons) in statistics as obtained from the University of Uyo, Uyo. A post graduate diploma and masters degree in public administration all from the same university. Mr. Leo has wealth of experience in the practical field and with a strong passion for service to the people as he has held several positions in the state.
